Home Sales Up in Jul 2019
Sales increased 13.0% from the month before and were up 3.3% year-over-year.Prices slipped in Jul 2019 with the median price dipping 2.4% from the previous month, up 1.2% compared to last year. The average price fell 0.5%, a yearly gain of 2.8%.
