Home Sales Up & Down in Nov 2020
Sales increased 2.8% from the month before and were down 26.6% year-over-year.Prices improved in Nov 2020 with the median price climbing 0.7% from the previous month, up 11.5% compared to last year. The average price fell 2.5%, a yearly gain of 15.5%.
Inventory fell 1.5% from last month and was down 34% year-over-year. Get the full report (click here)
